* Typically it takes 1-2 business days for us to hand craft your mug.
* Depending on where you live, shipping time is usually between 2 - 3 days.

CARING FOR YOUR 100% COPPER MUG INFORMATION:

- All metal tarnishes naturally over time due to environmental factors.
- However, CLEANING YOUR COPPER MUG IS EASY!

A) All Copper Mugs are hand wash only.
1. Even if you you don't wash your mug after having a drink - you should minimally rinse it and empty it out to wash later. Drinks left overnight may tarnish inside of mug. Additionally, chemicals from the dishwasher may oxidize/tarnish your copper metal mug.
2. You should hand wash, and towel dry after each usage.

B) Cleaning a Tarnished Copper Mug.
1. One way to clean them is to use half of a lemon or lime and dip it into some corse sea salt.
2. Gently rub it around the outside and the inside of the mug. Repeat until clean.
3. Rinse and towel dry. Not only will your hand etched design "pop" again, but the inside will be bright and shiny
